A small, green bogey-like creature, with endless energy, big emotions, and a proclivity for chaos. Loud and messy, but full of love for Wort and the wild world it encounters.
Each episode will feature a person or a creature - who comes to visit Wort - In search of a cure - to an ailment or a curse. Now Wort always knows the answer but Bog might get in his way…
Jack Hudson is an illustrator and Director, Joe White is an Olivier-nominated writer and Director and they have known each other since they were young teens. After ‘succeeding’ in their retrospective fields they come together years later as creators to make some magic with ‘Wort the Wizard’ inspired by the lo-fi, Michel Gondry, Mighty Boosh-like imagery they used to make when they were young.
